1. Record the vital signs
Three monitors around the bed show more readings than you need; only one value of each type is valid. The laptop explains which readings to ignore: blood pressure outside 70 to 110 mmHg, pulse outside 40 to 160, and oxygen under 75%. That leaves the values below.
GameRant lists the pulse as 162, while VGC and PowerPyx give 160. Because the laptop rule rejects anything above 160, 160 is the reading that fits. If your monitor shows something different, apply the laptop rule to what you see.

2. Take the skull and chest X-rays
A nurse pages you the code 7103 for the small door at the back of Surgery. In the X-ray room, the X-Ray Dosage Table on the laptop by the bed gives the settings. Turn the machine on, choose the site, enter the values, then move the camera until the screen confirms the target is aligned before taking each scan.

3. Collect the three medicines
Each drug is in a different part of the medical center. The Records Room needs its own code.

4. Set the infusion pump rates
The whiteboard gives the patient’s weight as 88 kg. On the computer’s Medication Dosage Table, 88 kg falls in the 81 to 90 kg column, the third one across. Load each syringe into a pump, press SET RATE, enter the rate and confirm with READY PUMP.

5. Fetch the kit and intubate
Call 5353 from the reception phone to bring the elevator, press B for the basement and take the Medical Intubation Kit from the storage room table. Back in Surgery, move the catheter to each flashing point in turn; the controller vibrates when you are on the sweet spot. Hold the trigger to insert.
