Bring the Scalpel from the clinic
Before searching for the locker, collect the Scalpel from the green medical case beside the computer in the clinic’s Z Ellis office. Use it at the pharmacy door’s covered hatch to enter. The four-digit code belongs to the locker inside, not the pharmacy entrance.
If you are following the story lead, listen to the answering machine in the clinic Reception room first. That message points you toward the pharmacy. The reception keypad and the pharmacy locker use different combinations.
Read the posters in broadcast order
Tune the CRTV signal inside the pharmacy until the video is readable. It shows fragments of posters around the shop. Match each fragment to its complete poster and take one digit from each, keeping the order shown in the broadcast rather than the order in which you happen to find the posters.
- Hand-washing poster, bathroom: count six visible fingers.
- Prescription Drugs and You, hallway by the phone: the five-step message gives 5.
- Blood-pressure / consultation poster, near the front window: the indicated number is 3.
- Taking Antibiotics, noticeboard near the lockers: nine pills remain in the pack.
Open the locker and take the note
The four clues produce 6–5–3–9. Return to the back-room locker, enter that combination, and collect the Prescription Dosage Error Note. GamesRadar and GameTyrant agree on the poster sequence; PowerPyx corroborates the locker code and item pickup.
Opening the locker and picking up its contents are separate actions. If you reach the clinic again without the prescription item available, revisit the open locker before trying other numbers. There is no additional code to convert from the note you collect.
When the numbers seem out of order
Do not read the shop clockwise or assume all four clues are printed numerals. Some require counting a pictured feature, while others show a number. Replay the broadcast and check the matching poster for each position. This prevents a correct set of digits from becoming an incorrect sequence.
