Silent Hill: Townfall Blood Bags and Ordell Puzzle Solution
Find all five blood bags, both ward keys and the release valves, then place SW, MC and GM and connect TF, HM and SW to the Ordell dial.

Start with Alan Duncan and the patient list
Take the central-area map. Follow the right corridor to its last room and crawl through the vent. Collect Alan Duncan’s bag and Zoe’s Patient List. Return to the left corridor, install Alan’s bag beside the S.W. door and operate the transfusion switch. The list marks the remaining patients; it does not show every route between floors.
West wing: Sarah, Ward W key and Lesley
Collect Sarah Watson’s bag beside the bed in S05. Go downstairs to W04 for the Ward W Master Key, then unlock W13. Its ladder reaches S12 upstairs, where Lesley Greer’s bag waits. Leave through the vent and return to the center. Use Lesley at the right-hand D.P. door and press its switch.
The Weight patrols this section. Scout the destination and use a bottle or brick to create an opening when possible; do not assume a room stays safe. Phone saves can preserve progress, but invalidate Reject The Help after meeting Richard.
East wing: release Matthew, collect George and the Ward P key
Follow the ward letters carefully: the bag starts upstairs in D02 and is collected downstairs in P03.
- From D03, crawl through to D02. Press the lift button to drop Matthew Clark’s bag; you must collect it downstairs later.
- Enter the vent on the north wall of D06. Continue through D07 and drop into P10. Take George McEwan’s bag and the Ward P Master Key.
- Unlock P10 to leave. Use the key at P03 and retrieve Matthew’s bag from the lift.
- The gates close after the pickup. Return upstairs and turn both release valves, in D05 and D10. Use the reopened route and ladder back to the central room.
Match the three remaining bags to the wall reports
Face the large central door when reading left and right below. Match each report to the bag’s description, then use the Transfuse switch beside the door. Alan and Lesley have already opened the ward entrances; they are not missing final-slot pickups.

Solve the ORDELL circular dial
Inspect the Medical Wristband in Equipment: Simon Ordell is A+. The in-game plaques show which types feed A+; the eligible bags belong to Thomas Fergusson, Hannah McGregor and Sarah Watson. Rotate the rings until continuous paths connect TF, HM and SW to the center, with every other input disconnected. Select ORDELL and confirm.
If it does not open, trace each line all the way inward rather than checking only the outside ring. Confirm that no extra patient is connected and that you pressed the center after aligning the paths.
Before leaving the altered hospital
This is the launch-version route cross-checked September 25, 2026. Room numbers repeat across wards, so use the letter and floor together. Collection players should check the hospital postcards before leaving; speedrun players should pause before consulting the next solution.

On the table in W04 downstairs. Use it to reach W13 and its ladder to Lesley’s room.
Why can I not pick up Matthew Clark’s blood bag?
First press the lift button in D02. Then retrieve the dropped bag in P03 using the Ward P Master Key.
